How to make an AI influencer, step by step
From a face to a posting schedule: create one AI character, keep her the same in every post, and make pictures and short videos of her.
An AI influencer is one made up person who posts like a real one: the same face, the same style and a steady stream of pictures and clips. The hard part is not making one good picture. It is making the hundredth one look like the first.
What you need
- One face that stays the same. This is what followers recognise.
- A look and a world. Her style, the places she goes, the colours of her feed.
- Volume. Several posts a week, plus short videos for Reels and TikTok.
- A way to work fast, because a feed that stops loses its audience.
Step 1: create her
Open Characters and press Create a character. Choose her age, features, hair, eyes and body, or start from a type and change anything. Press Not her until the face is right, then approve it. Sable makes a set of pictures of her, from close up to full body. Press Train and she is ready in about an hour.
Step 2: decide her world
Write down five places she goes and five outfits she wears. A small, repeated world reads as a real life. A different city in every post reads as AI.
Step 3: make her first posts
In the Image tool, type @ and pick her, then describe a scene from her world: "mirror selfie in a small bright bathroom, oversized grey hoodie, phone in hand". Try the same prompt on two or three engines. They differ more than you would expect.
Step 4: copy what already works
Found a post format that does well on Instagram or TikTok? Put her into it. In Batch, drop in up to 20 photos and each one is recreated with her: the same pose, outfit, place and light, with her face. Sable for Chrome does the same straight from Instagram, TikTok or Pinterest.
Step 5: make her move
- Animate photos in Batch turns her pictures into short clips, such as a turn and a smile or walking up the stairs.
- Videos in Batch puts her into a clip you like and copies its movement onto her.
- The Video tool makes a clip from one of her pictures and a line about the movement.
Step 6: make it look real
- Use Skin Polish on close ups. AI skin often looks like plastic, and that is the first thing people notice.
- Run your own uploads through Clean files before you post them, so they do not carry the phone, the date or the place they came from.
Step 7: keep going
Post on a schedule and make a week at a time. If other people post for her, give each one their own login with VAs, with a monthly limit you set.
What it costs
No subscription. Every dollar is 100 credits, from $10. A picture costs from 5 credits and a short clip from 30. A $50 pack makes about 333 pictures on the engine most people pick.
Every creator site and social network has its own rules about AI content. Read them and label your posts where they ask you to.
